Organic gluten-free banana bread mix Bett’r, 300 g Preparation: Preheat the oven to 165°C with the fan on or 180-185°C without the fan. Prepare a small to medium-sized baking dish (10 × 20 cm or up to 12 × 24 cm), grease lightly with oil or cover with baking paper. In a bowl, properly mash about 210 g bananas. Add 15 ml of water or a herbal drink, 30 ml of oil or other fatty liquid. Mix until you get a smooth dough. Add the whole dry banana bread mixture to the liquid ingredients. Mix well. Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake for 50-60 minutes, until a wooden pick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Let the loaf cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then remove and allow to cool completely. NB!
