The organic nail polish is based on pure shellac and benzoin resin, dissolved in Demeter organic alcohol, giving the nail polish a fine, pleasant scent. The color is achieved by adding pure mineral powder. Due to this special formula, the nail polish can be used safely by pregnant women, when handling children, or when preparing food. Application Tips Since the nail polishes contain only natural ingredients, they need to be treated a bit differently. Due to the absence of additives, always shake well until you hear the steel balls! There are two different types of nail polishes that should be applied accordingly: TYPE 1 colors 01 / 06 / 08 / 09 These nail polishes are highly pigmented, making them opaque and highly viscous. Shake the colors thoroughly until you hear the steel ball clearly. Apply the nail polish evenly and quickly in a thin layer to oil-free nails, and allow it to dry thoroughly (about 5-10 minutes). These nail polishes are matte when dry. For a special shine, apply a very thin layer of the clear organic nail polish after drying! TYPE 2 colors 18 / 19 / 20 / 21 These nail polishes are less pigmented, making them more transparent and low-viscosity. After shaking the nail polish well, wipe the brush thoroughly on the bottle’s neck and apply a thin layer to the nail. Since the nail polish is thinner, it is important to have only a small amount of color on the brush to prevent the color from running. These colors are somewhat transparent, so you can apply multiple layers until you reach the desired shade. For fingernails, it depends on how much the nails are used. The nail polish on the fingers is expected to need refreshing after a few days. On toenails, the nail polish usually lasts longer and may need to be refreshed after about 1-2 weeks. Removing Nail Polish We recommend applying the nail polish remover to a cotton pad and letting it soak on the nail briefly. Then, pull the cotton pad straight off the nail without spreading the color onto your finger.
