i first ordered an vga-hdmi cable. the cable did not work as my screen was blank. they then asked if they could send an hdmi-vga adapter and vga cable. i agreed, and they immediately sent the new item no charge and no transport cost. the new item arrived a few days later and works perfectly. i am very impressed with their service when my initial item did not work. i will definitely be using them again in the future
