It is designed to manage a broad range of annual grasses and broadleaf weeds in recommended crops when applied as per label instructions. The product is absorbed through plant roots and foliage and acts within the plant system. Use: Bayer Foost is used for weed management in crops such as maize and sugarcane. It helps control various grass and broadleaf weed species including Trianthema mongyna, Echinochloa spp., Eleusine spp., Xanthium strumarium, Digitaria spp., Brachiaria spp., Amaranthus viridis, Cleome viscosa, Polygonum spp., Portulaca oleracea, Boerhavia diffusa, Euphorbia spp., and Tribulus terrestris when used as recommended. Mode of Action: The herbicide is translocated within the plant system through the xylem and accumulates at growth points. It interferes with photosynthesis and key enzymatic processes required for normal plant growth, leading to effective weed control.
