It is a sweet dish with the unique nutty flavour of sesame seeds. It is known as tilkutam in Chennai and gajak in Mumbai, UP, Delhi, Kolkata, and Rajasthan. Ingredients: sesame seeds (white or black), jaggery or gur, ghee (clarified butter), cardamom powder Specialty:– Healthy and hygienic as per standards– A -grade ingredient used– Natural and authentic taste.– No added preservatives, artificial colours, or taste enhancers Note: This sweet is very soft, brittle, and fragile.
